🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead motion design and animation for UK marketing campaigns
• Develop storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution
• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in motion design or animation
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics or related field
