You will train the next generation of lineworkers through real-world instruction, field training, and a focus on safety, helping students gain the confidence and competence to thrive in the utility industry.

Requirements

• Electrical Journeyman Lineman certification preferred
• CDL Class A (preferred) or B
• CPR certification
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Teaching certification (NCCER ICTP) required within 3-6 months

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on field training in electrical lineworker skills
• Instruct core technical concepts and industry safety practices
• Supervise student climbing, pole-top rescue, and equipment operation
• Prepare students for entry-level utility employment
• Maintain training equipment and ensure safe learning environment
