You'll own and grow Swap's top-tier book of business as a trusted partner to strategic customers. You'll drive retention, upsell, and expansion while coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on managing senior stakeholders and navigating complexity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts with accountability for revenue growth
  • Develop and execute account plans for product adoption and expansion
  • Lead complex escalations coordinating internal teams
  • Run structured QBRs tying product value to customer outcomes

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing strategic enterprise book of business in SaaS
  • Strong commercial acumen with track record of driving upsell and retention
  • Excellent stakeholder management with senior external stakeholders
  • Experience handling escalations calmly and effectively

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience using CRM and customer success tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Vitally, Zendesk)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scaling startup
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate goals into account plans
