You'll lead major incident management and release management for a growing technology-first company, ensuring processes are standardized and improved across engineering teams. You will drive incident resolution, partner with Engineering and Customer Success, and contribute to blameless post-mortems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create and execute incident response strategy for low-level incidents and release regressions
- Command incidents by driving resolution with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
- Lead projects to improve tools for manageability, observability, and resiliency
- Oversee incident management process and prioritize incidents based on urgency and business impact
๐ Requirements
- Experience in incident management, operations, or technical support
- Strong technical background with tools like Jira, Confluence, Datadog
- Experience leading technical incidents to resolution
- Understanding of release management, DevOps, and SRE concepts
