You'll ensure ABC works with the best process servers by coaching and training underperformers. You'll create a positive server experience through direct communication and feedback. This role offers the chance to impact service quality in a remote-friendly legal tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and train underperforming process servers on key metrics
• Communicate directly with servers, providing feedback and resolving blockers
• Review daily reports and reach out to disengaged servers
• Track blockers and collaborate with leadership on performance

📋 Requirements

• Experience training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
