You'll design and deliver training for a government client's claims transformation project. You'll lead the development of curricula, materials, and communications for internal and external audiences. This role involves coordinating with the readiness team and ensuring successful rollout of new processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop training curriculum and materials
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Create graphics and communication media for guides and website
• Manage multiple training workstreams and ensure quality deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years developing training for clients
• 7+ years managing training and communications teams
• Experience with Adobe Captivate for training development
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and be a US citizen
