Description

You will support U.S. legal entities with day-to-day commercial contracting and business transactions, working closely with agencies and clients to facilitate deal-making while protecting business interests in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3-5 years of commercial law experience, preferably in-house at tech, media, or professional services company
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Strong business acumen and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including client services, master services, and vendor contracts
• Support deal structuring and risk assessment for multi-jurisdictional client engagements
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Advise on legal aspects of new product and service launches
• Support cross-functional legal initiatives and regulatory compliance
