💼 About This Role

You'll dispense and fit glasses and contacts, working from prescriptions by optometrists and ophthalmologists, while supporting patients' medical needs and driving retail sales. You'll build relationships and ensure a world class patient experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating with prescriptions
• Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer
• Collect measurements like pupillary distance and seg heights
• Dispense glasses and contact lens orders

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing role
• Favorable background check as required by state
• Proof of identity and right to work in US

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous medical office experience
• Previous ophthalmic experience
• ABO and NCLE certifications
