💼 About This Role

You'll own product configuration control across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain systems for a space-based IoT system. You'll ensure as-designed, as-planned, and as-built configurations align at every stage of production. This role directly impacts hyper-scaled satellite deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce configuration control rules including Class I vs Class II changes.
• Manage BOM integrity across ERP, PLM, and MES systems.
• Perform as-built vs as-designed audits for hardware traceability.
• Create and maintain change control documentation (ECOs, ECRs, deviations).

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of Configuration Management or related experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Arena, Teamcenter, Windchill).
• Understanding of Engineering Change Control (ECO/ECR) and revision management.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance.

• ITAR compliance knowledge.
• Experience with prototype, qualification, and flight hardware baselines.
