💼 About This Role

You'll join PlayPlay's Customer Success team to help clients succeed with our video creation platform. You'll support multiple CSMs, onboard users, and contribute to team projects. This hybrid internship in Paris offers hands-on experience in SaaS customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist a Customer Success Manager with client follow-ups
• Train new users on the platform
• Participate in chat support once per week
• Act as client advocate to the Product team

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a September 2026 apprenticeship program
• Prior experience in customer relations or startup (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
