  • Manage strategic merchant accounts to drive retention and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor payment KPIs and proactively address performance issues.

  • 4+ years in Account Management in FinTech or Payments.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret transaction data and KPIs.
