You'll manage a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts in the payments and fintech ecosystem, driving revenue growth through data-driven insights. You'll act as a trusted advisor, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize payment performance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage strategic merchant accounts to drive retention and revenue expansion.
- Analyze transaction data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Monitor payment KPIs and proactively address performance issues.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management in FinTech or Payments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret transaction data and KPIs.
