💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Thyme Care's member-facing product experience for people navigating cancer. This role defines how member engagement drives clinical and financial outcomes, shaping how Thyme Care shows up for the people we serve. You'll lead AI-powered engagement and build foundational product systems to scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead evolution of the member web app Thyme Care Connect.
• Shape strategy for AI-powered member engagement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, etc.
• Establish experimentation strategy for member growth and engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products.
• Deep experience in ambiguous, 0→1 environments defining product strategy.
• Track record of driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Healthcare experience required, preferably in care delivery or digital health.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in oncology or serious illness care.
• Background in value-based care or health plan partnerships.
• Familiarity with patient-facing digital health products.
