You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and building a passionate team for a pop culture-driven brand. You’ll drive sales and recruit and develop a high-performing team. This role helps eliminate hunger through our donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media.
• Manage operational tasks like shrink, payroll, and scheduling.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
