Description

As a Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will work alongside the sales team to help customers understand the value of Okta's identity platform by delivering tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. You'll answer technical questions, provide feedback to product management, and stay current on competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 8+ years pre-sales engineering experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel)
• Experience with network security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
• Hands-on experience with web or backend development (JavaScript, Java, Python, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Work alongside sales team as technical expert to help customers understand Okta's value
• Understand customer challenges and provide product demonstrations
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
• Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts for complex use cases
• Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements
