You'll lead and scale personalized ABM programs to drive pipeline generation and revenue outcomes for enterprise accounts. You'll bridge Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute multi-threaded engagement strategies. This role is central to Fieldguide's mission of building the future of audit and advisory.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies for tiered account segments
  • Map buying groups and design multi-channel engagement plans
  • Partner with Sales to align ABM programs to deal progression
  • Track and report on account penetration, pipeline influence, and ROI

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with direct ABM ownership
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline creation and revenue impact
  • Experience partnering with enterprise Sales teams
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Tableau, Influ2, Usergems, and Sendoso

  • Experience with agentic AI and automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills translating data into strategy
