You'll manage project schedules for the full lifecycle of solar portfolio projects, from development to completion. You'll drive schedule optimization and process improvements across cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to lead a team of schedulers and influence clean energy deployment at a growing renewables company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project schedules from development to final completion.
• Communicate portfolio progress against schedule and budget to leadership.
• Hire, coach, and manage Schedulers and Senior Schedulers.
• Integrate individual project schedules into a cohesive master schedule.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project execution and data optimization in construction management.
• Extensive knowledge of P6 Primavera.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Procore, Sigma, or equivalent scheduling tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the renewables industry.
• Working knowledge of civil, electrical, and utility construction.
• Experience engaging and inspiring teams to excel.
