🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage HR documentation (letters, confirmations, transfers).
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and tracking systems.
• Support onboarding by preparing docs and coordinating system access.
• Track attendance, leave, timesheets, and support payroll reporting.
• Support benefits administration (enrolment, updates, claims).

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or People Ops roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data/documentation discipline.
• Good organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with insurance or benefits administration.
• Knowledge of local labor laws in China.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
