You'll lead analytics for a focused set of B2B accounts at a top marketing agency, turning data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. You'll own reporting dashboards and perform deep analysis while contributing to proprietary measurement frameworks. This role offers the chance to build and lead a team as the practice scales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain client-facing performance reporting dashboards
- Connect and validate data sources across paid, organic, earned, and CRM channels
- Provide synthesized, actionable insights to account teams and clients
- Contribute to measurement planning and KPI framework development
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7 years in marketing analytics, insights, or performance measurement
- Agency experience โ understanding client service context and owning accounts
- Strong proficiency in Looker Studio and/or Tableau
- Working SQL โ sufficient to pull data and investigate discrepancies
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with data aggregation/connector tools
- Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
- B2B performance marketing background
