💼 About This Role

You'll lead JioStar's Growth Customer Sales business nationwide, owning revenue strategy and scaling digital-first advertising solutions for growth advertisers. This role demands a strong grasp of the digital advertising ecosystem and the ability to build high-performing sales organizations at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own national revenue targets for GCS Direct Sales business
• Drive quarter-on-quarter growth through balanced revenue mix
• Lead and manage Cluster/Regional Sales Heads across geographies
• Build client relationships with senior advertisers and CMOs

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in digital ad sales or media sales
• Experience leading national or multi-region sales teams
• Track record of building and scaling direct sales organizations
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
