Description

As a Frontend Lead at Headout, you'll own the quality, architecture, and delivery of web interfaces used by a global audience, combining strong frontend engineering with thoughtful leadership to build scalable, high-performance experiences.

Requirements

• 6-8 years frontend development experience building production web applications
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend architecture
• Experience designing scalable, performance-optimized frontend systems
• Comfort working with Node.js, browser dev tools, and CSS-in-JS or traditional CSS
• Proven ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and take ownership

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable frontend systems for long-term product growth
• Lead projects end-to-end with high code quality, performance, and UX standards
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Support and guide frontend engineers through feedback and best practices
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks balancing innovation and stability
