💼 About This Role

You'll lead a key initiative for Toast's New Ventures team, sourcing and scaling new products. Your work will drive long-term strategic growth. You'll own the entire product line from strategy to P&L.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, develop, and scale a new business line for long-term growth.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis.
• Own product specs, business analysis, metrics, and roadmaps.
• Recruit intrapreneurs and mentor them to build new products.
• Define OKRs and track progress against them regularly.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of GM, product management, or operations management experience.
• Experience in a start-up or rapidly growing tech organization.
• Previous responsibilities as head of a business unit with P&L ownership.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or automation-driven product experiences.

• MBA preferred.
• Prior co-founder or early-stage experience.
