You'll drive the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, directly enhancing patient care through life-saving AI tools. This role offers autonomy and ownership while collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize software utilization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and conduct project kickoff & update calls with hospitals.
• Act as primary liaison between hospitals and RAPID for implementation projects.
• Track, document, and organize site information for implementations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and configure scanner protocols.
• Coach and prepare sites for successful go-lives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in healthcare or health-tech.
• Experience working directly with or for hospitals and healthcare IT departments.
• Background in imaging, neurovascular, clinical environments, or healthcare-focused IT.

• Proficiency in dynamic worklist prioritization within RIS/PACS environments.
• Expertise in RHEL/CentOS or Ubuntu (Linux) environments.
