You'll lead a team of data scientists supporting Spotify's Music Editorial teams globally, focusing on the intersection of human curation and algorithmic recommendations. You'll conduct research and craft compelling data storytelling to influence large investments in music recommendations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as key partner to Music Editorial leaders globally
• Manage and coach a team of data scientists
• Conduct research and craft data storytelling
• Orient innovation at intersection of editorial and algorithmic recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience performing data analysis or data science
• Highly proficient in Python and SQL
• Well versed in AI tools for data science and insights
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing a team
• Degree in quantitative field (CS, Math, Statistics, Economics)
• Passion for music and experience in creative industries
