Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• One year of customer service, sales, or apartment leasing experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct personalized apartment tours
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
