💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support for Formlabs' 3D printing systems to customers in the EMEA region, resolving hardware, firmware, and software issues. You'll become an educator and manage the full lifecycle of complex technical escalations. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the chance to join a double unicorn company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, or chat
• Lead remote diagnosis of hardware, firmware, and software issues
• Train direct customers and resellers on printer usage
• Manage complex technical escalations end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• Business fluency in Italian and English
• STEM degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical support
• Comfortable and conscientious when speaking on the phone

• Hands-on experience or passion for 3D printing
