💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales strategy and execution for a newly merged TMS company, shaping the organization from the ground up. Your core impact will be building scalable revenue growth across courier, last-mile, and healthcare logistics markets. You'll have the opportunity to define the sales culture and processes in a fast-moving logistics technology environment with a category-leading TMS platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as player-coach on complex opportunities and enterprise deals.
  • Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and operations.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology.
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales organizations from scratch.

  • Experience in healthcare delivery or operational B2B verticals.
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
