You will lead open-ended research projects applying machine learning to generate signals from unstructured data, collaborating with trading teams to improve model design, tools, and infrastructure for firmwide impact.

Requirements

• 5+ year track record of creating ML systems with real metrics impact
• Strong general ML background with exposure to language modeling architectures
• Solid development skills in Python and/or C++
• Familiarity with ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Ability to reason through quantitative problems and communicate effectively
