You'll serve as product AI counsel, advising on product development, feature launches, and AI governance. Your litigation background will help assess risk and drive proactive mitigation strategies. This role is ideal for a lawyer transitioning from litigation to broad-based product counsel at a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product teams on feature launches and terms of service
• Provide guidance on AI governance and regulatory compliance
• Manage litigation holds and support discovery processes
• Collaborate with Privacy, Security, and Trust Safety teams

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4-7 years of experience with law firm litigation background
• Strong litigation foundation including dispute assessment and discovery
• Experience advising on technology or product-related legal matters

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with AI or emerging technology legal issues
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• In-house experience at a technology company
