You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team, keeping our Class 8 trucks and trailers safe and reliable. Your core impact is performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to maximize vehicle uptime. You'll enjoy$2000 sign-on bonus andASE certification reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on fleet
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Repair aftertreatment systems and perform filter changes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and transmissions
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• MIG welding experience
• T-series ASE certifications
