You'll support the administration of estates, wills, and trusts by assisting with timely, effective administration. You'll help the Mortgage Trust Program and general personal/corporate trust administration. Your work ensures accurate data entry and efficient file management.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide support to Sr. Trust Advisors with requested tasks
  • Key information and transactions into platforms accurately
  • Review new Wills and Power of Attorney and update file information
  • Prepare renunciation documentation for approval

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Two years experience in an administrative or support role
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of estates, wills, and trusts or willingness to learn
