🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate staff assignments and workload for onsite and digital events
• Review event intake requests and confirm space/approvals before assigning
• Advise on planning and execution for high-profile groups and larger-scale events
• Handle event escalations and manage monthly audit reports

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in event management or similar role
• Strong people management skills with ability to lead by example
• Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of stakeholders
• Proficiency in large and complex databases
