Description

You will lead a team of production associates in our Inspection Center, managing vehicle repairs and quality inspections to meet production targets. Your role is to ensure every car meets our rigorous standards before reaching customers, creating a no-hassle car buying experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars in/out of Inspection Center safely to meet production and quality goals
• Oversee daily activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and improve performance
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management to team members
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
