You'll join the Cash App Squad to deliver features, fix bugs, and reduce tech debt in a mature SaaS application. You'll help shape architecture and mentor less experienced developers while maintaining high code quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement new features and improve user experiences
• Review PRs and pair program to educate best practices
• Design technical solutions from customer pain points
• Debug and triage emergency production issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript
• Strong understanding of software architecture and patterns
• Experience with SaaS applications or FinTech domain

• Experience with React.js
• Experience with Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Experience with AWS or Azure
