You'll serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers at Rocket Lab, managing full-life cycle recruitment for critical roles. You will own everything from sourcing and screening to extending offers, helping build diverse pipelines of top talent for the space industry. This temporary role offers the opportunity to join a company that's rapidly expanding its space missions.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profile
- Manage full hiring life-cycle from sourcing to offer extension
- Screen candidates and guide them through the interview process
- Build diverse talent pipelines through sourcing and networking
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- 2+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience (for TA II level)
- 5+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience (for Senior TA I level)
β¨ Nice to Have
- 8+ years of full-time recruiting experience preferred
- Agency and in-house recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for high-volume nonexempt or engineering roles
