  • Develop CRM and loyalty strategies for B2B, B2C, and D2C eCommerce.
  • Design data-driven campaigns including segmentation and lifecycle emails.
  • Analyze customer data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Guide selection and optimization of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • 5โ€“8+ years of CRM and loyalty strategy experience in eCommerce.
  • Expertise in customer lifecycle management and segmentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM/CDP tools like Bloomreach or Klaviyo.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.

  • Bilingualism in English and French.
  • Experience with headless architectures.
