You will own and scale gener8tor's paid digital marketing strategy across multiple product lines, including startup accelerators and workforce training programs. You'll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to drive applications and leads, while building systems for performance reporting and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency experience
  • Proven expertise managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Manage advertising across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and testing frameworks
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead, application volume, and conversion rates
  • Build reporting dashboards and collaborate with creative and program teams
