• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for ERP enhancements
• Triage and resolve application support issues
• Administer user access, roles, and permissions
• Facilitate workshops to align on requirements and solutions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance operations
• Experience with ERP software configuration and support
• Ability to analyze processes for optimization and automation

• Project management certification
• Change management experience
• Experience with tier-1 ERP systems
