💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits, help with daily operations, and work towards sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Open and close the store as required
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
