You'll lead paid acquisition strategy and execution for OnePay, a consumer fintech platform backed by Walmart. Your core impact will be driving scalable user growth while optimizing CAC, LTV, and unit economics. This role offers the chance to build a high-velocity creative testing engine in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own paid acquisition strategy and performance targets across channels
- Manage CAC, LTV, and unit economics for profitable growth
- Lead channel execution and continuous optimization across paid media
- Build high-velocity creative testing engine with Social and Brand teams
- Optimize conversion funnel including landing pages and onboarding
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition within consumer tech/fintech
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs while improving efficiency
- Deep expertise across major paid channels (paid social, search, emerging platforms)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing CAC, LTV, attribution, and forecasting
