💼 About This Role

You'll lead talent acquisition for a new enterprise division at Fractional AI, a profitable startup building bespoke gen AI software. You'll shape the recruitment process for 100+ hires, from sourcing to offer, and help build an AI-native recruiting strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source top full-stack engineers via outbound campaigns and events
• Guide candidates from first call through offer negotiation
• Design an inclusive, data-driven, AI-augmented recruiting process
• Act as a brand ambassador to attract elite engineering talent

📋 Requirements

• Proven success hiring Staff, Principal, and Senior Engineers at early-stage companies
• Empathy to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Data-driven problem-solving with experiment-driven approaches
• Technical fluency understanding engineering skills like Kubernetes and React

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences recruiting
• Familiarity with AI/ML talent landscape
• Track record of building scalable recruiting processes from scratch
