Description
You will lead integrated marketing strategy for creator initiatives at Roblox, driving narrative and campaigns that attract and engage creators across the ecosystem. You'll partner with product marketing, creative, and regional teams to translate product value into compelling creator-first messaging, and scale storytelling through case studies and spotlights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of integrated marketing experience in consumer tech, gaming, or creator ecosystems
- Strong understanding of gaming ecosystem including UGC platforms and creator economies
- Experience leading cross-channel campaigns across social, video, paid media, and owned content
- Ability to translate complex products into clear narratives for creator audiences
- Strong storytelling, organizational, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for creator initiatives
- Develop and own a clear creator narrative for endemic and non-endemic developers
- Partner with Product Marketing to bring creator launches to market
