You will be the on-the-ground expert ensuring our rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and review scores.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in hospitality, property care, or vacation rentals
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent travel within market and regular driving between properties
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections before and after guest stays to ensure brand standards
- Restock consumables and inventory supplies
- Handle basic maintenance tasks (e.g., lightbulb changes, TV resets)
- Support turnovers with bedmaking, resetting decor, tidying, and trash removal
- Respond quickly to urgent in-stay needs and on-the-ground guest issues
