💼 About This Role

You'll perform commissioning and testing of electrical systems powering AI supercomputing infrastructure at xAI. Your work ensures safe, reliable electrical systems from installation through turnover. This is a hands-on role with significant travel to data center sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute electrical commissioning for medium/low voltage power distribution systems
• Perform point-to-point wiring checks and system integration verification
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during commissioning and startup phases
• Develop and execute commissioning test procedures and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical commissioning or field technician experience
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V
• Experience with commissioning test equipment (meggers, multimeters, etc.)
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, NETA standards

✨ Nice to Have

• NETA certification or equivalent
• Experience with data center power infrastructure
• Proficiency with commissioning management software
