🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings
• Use electronic charting system CubHub
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Communicate with clinical support team as needed

📋 Requirements

• Current valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
