Description

You'll perform advanced electrical and mechanical inspections, start-up maintenance, repairs, and service contract maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment. Diagnose and repair systems, determine needed parts, and provide preventative maintenance for customers, all while working in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 to 15 years of experience as a Service Technician in commercial HVAC
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 25 for insurance purposes
• Current HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft 365 and handheld computer

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality preventative maintenance for customers under contract
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance including filter changes, coil cleaning, and chiller tube brushing
• Independently determine necessary parts and materials to complete projects
• Accurately report detailed information to Supervisor
