Description

You will provide essential legal support across commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, legal training, product counseling, and intellectual property in a fast-paced technology environment, working closely with the Head of Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred; less experience with strong potential considered
• Demonstrated interest in corporate governance, contracts, insurance, or compliance support
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, generative AI tools, and legal research platforms

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor agreements, and software licenses under attorney supervision
• Manage contract lifecycle, implement CLM software, and develop contract templates and playbooks
• Develop, implement, and audit compliance policies and deliver cross-team legal training
• Assist with corporate recordkeeping, data room management, and filing corporate documents (e.g., foreign qualifications)
• Handle insurance coverage analysis, claims, and policy management (applications, renewals, record-keeping)
