📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Existing network of senior English-speaking technology candidates.
• Advanced sourcing skills for passive candidates.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Lever).

• Knowledge of consulting and financial services markets.
• Experience with social media and branding tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, SeekOut).
