Description

You will lead IT teams across multiple East Coast locations, overseeing regional IT operations, strategy, and budget. Your role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable technology services that align with business objectives, while contributing to global IT strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business or related field (or equivalent)
• 10+ years progressive IT experience, 5+ years in leadership/people management
• Experience managing IT teams across multiple locations
• Strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, security
• Experience with ITIL and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT Support Leads and contributors across multiple locations
• Oversee regional IT operations including infrastructure, end-user support, and security
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex technical issues
• Develop and manage regional IT budget and vendor relationships
• Drive regional IT projects and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
