💼 About This Role

You'll perform general maintenance and repair on rental and customer-owned tooling and small equipment at our Borger, TX facility. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and manage work orders. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest equipment in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on rental and customer equipment.
• Use T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models.
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.

📋 Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to use laptops, tablets, and mobile phone comfortably.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active applicable state driver's license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Construction knowledge and background.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Experience with pneumatic tools, material lifts, chain hoists.
