- Manage sponsorship buys outside paid social and search channels
- Analyze past programs and report on performance KPIs
- Establish repeatable processes and best practices for campaign management
- Collaborate with regional marketing managers on local partnerships
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in publisher sponsorship ownership role
- Knowledge of different buys like CPM, CPL, CPC and performance goals
- Proven agility in managing projects from conception to completion
- Data-driven with dashboard setup using AI tools for automation

- Cross-functional marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience at a hyper-growth startup or HRTech/FinTech
- Fluency in additional languages
